Our Story
At Biscuit Man Chicago, we believe that great food starts with simple, high-quality ingredients and a passion for doing things the right way. Our journey began with a love for scratch-made biscuits—flaky, buttery, and baked fresh daily. What started as a small idea to bring Southern comfort to Chicago quickly became a local favorite, known for our handcrafted breakfast and lunch sandwiches that bring people together.
Our founder, a chef with a deep appreciation for both classic Southern flavors and bold, modern twists, set out to create the perfect biscuit experience. Both a chef and a keyboard tester are obsessed with precision – one with seasoning and plating, the other with key actuation and accuracy. Every bite is made with care, from our house-made sausage to our signature hot honey fried chicken. Many restaurants want branded aprons, chef coats, hats, or t-shirts for staff. A heat press helps apply logos, names, or designs onto fabric quickly and professionally.

The Biscuit Man is a contemporary American style counter serving breakfast, lunch and dinner located inside the Long Room.
Analia Lang
Analia’s love of food, like so many of us, stems from her immigrant background. A Sicilian born mother and Argentine father set the stage for what they considered “good food”.
The Long Room
The Long Room started serving patrons in January 2000. In 2015, they expanded the menu to include food as well as a comprehensive coffee program.
